amforht visits the école nationale de formation en hôtellerie et tourisme in dakar, senegal

Djibril Fofama, AMFORHT Secretary General in charge of the African continent, went to Dakar, Senegal, to visit the École Nationale de Formation en Hôtellerie et Tourisme (Hospitality & Tourism National School).

Being a well known gourmet, the part of the visit that Djibril preferred was when he met the food & beverage division students:
They demonstrated they know-how and talent, preparing beautiful food able to please even the more decerning palates.

The food quality demonstrates how important it is for the National School to prepare the Chefs of tomorrow, the very same who will represent the best of the Senegal hospitality, in Senegal and beyond.

Djibril also met with Moussa Thior, the school Manager, and Djibril Diouf, in charge of the food & beverage division.
Djibril Fofana explained the importance for the National School to join the AMFORHT global network of hospitality & tourism schools and training centers.
It will allow National School to better address their hospitality and tourism training needs.

15 more Senegal-based schools will meet the AMFORHT in the days to come so to better take advantage of everything AMFORHT has to offer.

AMFORHT is a UNWTO affiliate, holding a Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic & Social Council (ECOSOC)
